How is the solution used for different types of cars?

The ratio of Pars Kimia protective solution to water for cars is 1 liter in 30 liters of deionized water along with a certain amount of anti-freeze. But for ease of use, we have mixed it and made it ready-to-use. This ready-to-use solution is presented to the market in silver gallons each of which containing 2.5 liters of the mixture. To use it, you only need to empty the radiator (cooling system of your car) and then fill it with needed amount of Pars Kimia protective solution. Then you can bleed the radiator if necessary. The capacity of cooling system of most of cars is about 3.5 liters; so you will need just 2 gallons of Pars Kimia for usage. Remember to keep the extra mixture so that you can use it in case of overflow. If the capacity of your car’s cooling system is more than 5 liter, after filling it with Pars Kimia protective solution, just add a little deionized water to make it full.

How is the solution used for different types of trucks?

* The most important thing before using Pars Kimia protective solution is to make sure that all parts of the car’s cooling system, including hoses, links, pipes, and the radiator are healthy, have no leak or defect, and work properly.

Because the capacity of cooling system in trucks is about 20 liters or more, the thick solution is presented to the market in black gallons which contains 2.5 liters of Pars Kimia protective solution.

Those who want to use Pars Kimia for their trucks must empty the cooling system and radiator’s water and fill it with a mixture of Pars Kimia, deionized (or purified) water, and anti-freeze according to the instruction below.

In a big container, just mix 50 liters of deionized (or purified) water, 15 liters of anti-freeze, and 2.5 liters of Pars Kimia protective solution (the whole content of the black gallon) and fill the radiator with this mixture. Keep the extra mixture to use in the future in case of overflow or when necessary.

How is Pars Kimia protective powder used for cooling systems in installations, boilers, power plants, etc.?

Because 1 kilogram of Pars Kimia protective powder is able to protect and preserve about 1000 to 2000 liters of water from corrosion, fouling, and rust (according to water hardness scale, and salts present in water like minerals, calcium, salt, etc.), it is recommended that a technician does this for the installations.

To use Pars Kimia protective powder for installations, the needed amount of the powder must be dissolved in water and the mixture must be added to the system. For instance, for 300 liters of water in a system, 300 grams for Pars Kimia is needed.

The important thing here is that the water which is protected and preserved by Pars Kimia must not be used for washing and must not contact the body at all. For example, in heating boilers in apartments or buildings, the boiler has 2 parts in which the water is present. One of them is a container which is under pressure and is heated; then the water inside moves through coppery pipes into a bigger container; but it moves in a circuit and doesn’t mix with the water in the bigger container. Then the hot pipes make the water in the bigger container warm and the water inside the pipes goes back to the container (which is under pressure) to become hot again.

The water in the bigger container is then sent to the building to be used for washing, etc. and the water in the smaller container (which is under pressure) moves in a circuit and is not for washing or any other purpose. The water in the latter can be protected by Pars Kimia (the point here is that this protection is recommended because this water becomes hot and cold continuously and the fouling forms very fast in it). Because the water in this container is under high pressure, adding the mixture of water and Pars Kimia to it must be done with special care; and it must be done after emptying some water from the container.

But in cooling towers for example, the water is not under pressure and the mixture can be added to the circle easily.

How much power do Pars Kimia protective solution and powder have?

Because Pars Kimia solution and powder create a protective layer on the surface of the metals inside the cooling system, and always keep the water neutral, they can protect all the metal parts in the current status for at least 10 years; even the parts which have been corroded by water and now are weak, but still can work (they are not cracked or destroyed completely).

For instance, as SAPCO has confirmed and certified, Pars Kimia is able to reduce Aluminum corrosion speed 25 times more than other protectors; and in some cases, the Aluminum corrosion speed had reached to zero. (The experiments were for cars’ engines and the Aluminum used in the engine and radiator).

Is it possible to use Pars Kimia protective solution in installations and facilities?

According to the types of metals and alloys used in installations and facilities (which is 9, but for cars, 4 types of metals and alloys are used), and high power of Pars Kimia protective powder in protecting and preserving the water (1 kilogram for 1000 to 2000 liters), it is highly recommended that only Pars Kimia protective powder be used to protect and preserve installations and facilities.

In installations and facilities, and especially in cooling towers, the water steams. What should be done about it?

Because the dissolved powder in the water remains in it in case of steaming, the water becomes more dense after steaming, and when water is added to the system, density goes back to the previous amount (in other words, it stays the same in the whole process). But the important point here is that because the water added to system has some amounts of ions and minerals, it weakens the power of Pars Kimia continuously; so after about 2 to 3 months after the first usage of Pars Kimia protective powder, a certain amount of it must be dissolved in water and added to the system.

How much powder must be added to system in case of steaming?

To keep the high power of Pars Kimia protective powder, 20% of the amount used in the first time must be added to system after about 2 to 3 months. For example, if the first time 10 kilograms of powder was used to protect the system, after this period, only 2 kilograms is needed. This period (between 2 to 3 months) depends on the speed of steaming and the amount of water evaporated. Some systems need this process sooner (every 2 month) and some later (every 3 month).

Does Pars Kimia protective powder settle at the bottom of system if the system is not used for a while?

No. In this case, the powder stays as emulsion in the water and when the water cycles again, it distributes and dissolves in all parts again.

Is Pars Kimia protective solution a kind of anti-freeze?

No. Anti-freeze is made on the basis of ethylene glycol, which is a type of alcohol. But Pars Kimia protective solution is made by mixing more than 50 types of materials. And because it prevents the anti-freeze used in the system from turning to acid, it can be considered a complementary for anti-freeze.

Can anti-freeze be a kind of anti-fouling?

Because it is made from alcohol, it is a kind of anti-fouling. But it changes to acid after a while and never can work as anti-corrosion.

Why is anti-freeze harmful for engine and cooling system if it is used solely?

Because anti-freeze is made of alcohol and after 20 days (because the system works in high temperature and one molecule is removed from diethylene glycol alcohol) changes to acid, it starts to make corrosion in the system. This corrosion is not felt easily, but we understand it when the radiator or water pump leaks; or when the acid perforates the head gasket and water and oil mixes in the engine. The pipes and hoses also crack and leak because of being in contact with acid.

How long we will not need to add anti-freeze to the system if we use Pars Kimia?

Most of professional drivers change the anti-freeze of their vehicle every 6 month (because anti-freeze doesn’t work after this period and it’s only because it changes to acid after a while and doesn’t work as anti-freeze anymore). But one of Pars Kimia’s miraculous effects is that it keeps the abilities of anti-freeze for 5 years and prevents it from changing to acid for 5 years. So there is no need to change the anti-freeze of the system or add any anti-freeze to the system for 5 years.

How much anti-freeze must be added to the system in areas in which temperature goes down beyond -10˚ Centigrade (=14 Fahrenheit)?

In areas colder than -10˚ Centigrade, 1 liter of the mixture must be removed from the cooling system (and restored to be used if necessary in case of overflow, etc.) and 1 liter of anti-freeze must be added to the cooling system.

How long does it take for the rust, fouling, and alga in the cooling system to be dissolved in the mixture of water and Pars Kimia?

It depends on the amount of the rust, fouling, and alga; this process may take between 2 days to 3 months. But the thing is that when all of these things are dissolved in the liquid, they never come back.

Is Pars Kimia protective solution profitable for newly made cars or it can be used for all of the cars?

Pars Kimia can be used for all of the cars. But if it is used for brand new cars, the durability of it gets up to 20 years.

Is it possible to use pure Pars Kimia protective solution in cars’ cooling system and not to mix it with deionized water and anti-freeze?

No. Pure Pars Kimia protective solution is so powerful and less than 200 milligrams of it is enough to protect and preserve one car’s cooling system. This little amount must be mixed with water and anti-freeze and then be used.

For trucks, at most 2 liters of pure Pars Kimia protective solution is needed to be mixed with water and anti-freeze and be used in the cooling system.

Truck drivers can purchase black gallons (containing thick solution) and mix it with certain amount of water and anti-freeze (as mentioned earlier) and use it. For ease of use, we have the ready-to-use solution for car drivers and presented it to the market in gray gallons. The content of gray gallons must not be mixed with anything else. Car drivers can buy 2 of them and after emptying the radiator, fill it with the content of gray gallons.
